Chapter 2: Demon World I could smell human blood everywhere. I hate this place. I've been in here before; I am in the basement of the royal palace. In demon world pure bloods and other half demons feed on human flesh and devour their souls. It's illegal to hunt humans in the human world. In the demon world they breed humans—their like cattle. I don't really care too much for the human race but they really aren't that bad once you've got to know one. I am bound by chains both on my arms and legs. Did I mention I hate this place? Chapter 1: The Beginning As I sit here in biology class I start to wonder why I even care about such things as school. The only reason why I am even attending high school is because it keeps me out of trouble for about eight hours. I wish I could've said the same for my best friend Alex.
